At Nutsilo, we are committed to delivering premium quality dry fruits and honey-mixed nut products to our customers. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict refund and return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The product packaging is tampered or leaking
⚠️ Important: Customers must report the issue at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/expired product
- Visible package condition and label details
Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your claim.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT accept refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste preference issues
- Incorrect storage by the customer
- Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged/expired)
4. Refund Process
- Once your claim is verified, we will approve a refund or replacement
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method

As we deal with perishable food items, we maintain strict quality control and do not accept general returns.
